Our Foundation Dogs - and how it all started |

Ch Kiss me Kate of Call MeKate was my first Australian Cattle Dog ever. I bought her from Maggie McCoy Pogue from M-M Cattle Dogs sight unseen. Maggie sent me a beauty which is just what I wanted. Now at that time being ACD untrained and inexperienced she was a great dog, if you could catch her or if she decided to honor you with her presence. To be honest for the first year I wanted to shoot her 6 out of 7 days. Then she turned a year old and became the best friend I could have ever asked for. Somehow the light came on and I have been stuck on the breed ever since. I am officially ACD trained and willing to serve. Kate produced a lot of great dogs and was quite a good worker. Her babies will be seen all over my web sight. Kate has gone to the rainbow bridge but will never be forgotten. Her grandchildren are making her proud one as the winner of the 2002 ACD National Specialty and the other as the Award of Merit winner at this years Westminster Go Buckle and Tuffy!!!! |

AmCh.WWK Ch. Call Me Just on WalkaboutWalkabout was my first champion and my first home bred one at that. He is the best tempered dog around and a pleasure to live with. He produced some very nice pups that went on to be conformation and obedience champions themselves. Currently, Walkabout is in Idaho entertaining a friend's young son and being the great dog that he is, showing him the ropes on being a good dog owner. |
Call Me Living DollMy foundation rat Isabelle was bred by Dianne Sitkar at Whisperwind kennels and is a verified toy. I bought her for my parents as a surprise but they wanted me to house break her, as they had just gotten new carpets. Well, that took a good month as she was about 4 lbs. In that month I fell in love with her and that is the start of my rat tale. I love my rats and they really fit in with the other dogs. They are such loving lil guys. |

Belt's Cash in HandCall Me Tater's Cash FlowCall Me Slick As A Money ClipTatter's Cash Flow was my first Border Collie ever. Cash was a once in a life time dog, he never did anything wrong. He spoiled me from the start, he would work, play, and keep me company at all times. After I got Cash I knew I had to have more and then I got Punkin Head. She was a completely different dog then Cash, she did everything wrong and was a lil handful. Lots of drive and tough as nails for a BC. Then came Fanny, she also was tough as nails, she would bring you elephants if you so desired, but was very loving and smart. I loved them all but Cash was my dog star. They have since all gone to the rainbow bridge but Cash's, Fanny's and Punkin Head's lines are still with me in their grandchildren, great grandchildren and on and on. |
